What You’ll Be Doing
- Write short- and long-form B2B marketing copy across email campaigns, landing pages, social media, blog articles, video scripts, digital ads, sales collateral, and executive communications.
- Translate product features and customer proof points into narratives, headlines, and CTAs that resonate with construction industry buyers and support pipeline goals.
- Interview subject matter experts and customers to develop authoritative content; build fluency in our product positioning and competitive landscape.
- Own email marketing campaigns in HubSpot end-to-end: strategy, copy, deployment, A/B testing, performance reporting, and optimization.
- Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to content strategy; conduct keyword research and optimize copy to grow organic visibility.
- Partner with the Copy Lead on campaign messaging from brief to launch; build multi-asset content packs that maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
- Establish and maintain style guides, templates, and tone governance so brand standards scale as the team grows.
- Track and report on copy performance metrics; iterate based on what the data shows, not just instinct.
- Coach teammates on voice, structure, and headline craft to raise the baseline quality of content across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional copywriting or content marketing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range across formats: short-form social, long-form thought leadership, technical product copy, and executive communications.
- B2B SaaS or fintech background strongly preferred; experience writing for technical or compliance-driven audiences is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; familiarity with GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) is a differentiator.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling campaign metrics, running A/B tests, and turning performance data into actionable next steps.
- Exceptional self-editor who delivers polished, publication-ready work on deadline.
