Content Ops & AI Specialist

$75K - $85K | Full time | Remote - USA**

We need a content operator who treats writing as a system, not just a skill. You build repeatable processes, use AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality, and know the difference between a tool that saves time and one that just adds noise. You're comfortable owning a pipeline from brief to publish.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Produce B2B marketing copy across email, web, social, blog, and digital ad channels, using AI tools to accelerate drafting and iteration where it improves output.
  • Ghostwrite for executives and produce executive/internal decks and communications.
  • Build and maintain a content workflow that integrates AI-assisted drafting, human editing, and QA checkpoints.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns on our platform. Track performance and run structured A/B tests.
  • Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO practices, including how content should be structured for AI-driven search and answer engines.
  • Use AI tools for research, first-draft generation, content repurposing, and workflow automation, always with a clear editorial pass before publish.
  • Maintain style guides and prompt libraries so AI-assisted output stays on-brand.
  • Partner with the Copy Lead on campaign messaging and reporting on content performance.

What We're Looking For (Must Haves):
  • 1+ years hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns on any platform (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
  • Working knowledge of AI copywriting tools and prompt engineering fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign metrics
  • Portfolio showing range across formats and channels
  • Self-starter comfortable owning a workflow end to end

Nice to Haves:
  • HubSpot experience or certification
  • Experience building or documenting AI-assisted content workflows
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) connecting content tools
  • GEO/AEO optimization experience for AI search visibility
  • Experience training or fine-tuning prompt libraries for consistent brand voice at scale

**Employment Eligibility: All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
