Client Support Specialist – Payroll
$45k-$50k | Full-time | Hybrid, in-office (Cave Creek/ 101, North Phoenix)
Are you a payroll pro with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for great customer service? eBacon is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the go-to person for a set group of payroll clients, helping them run payroll smoothly, answering technical questions, and making sure they have a top-notch experience with our software. If you’re tech-savvy, thrive on solving problems, and enjoy keeping things running like a well-oiled machine (or a perfectly crispy strip of bacon), let’s talk!
What we’re looking for:
- Engage with our clients via phone and web to identify and resolve client challenges
- Provide technical support with payroll processing procedures
- Manage integration of client payroll submissions to eBacon software
- First point of contact for all employer/employee related questions regarding payroll
Requirements:
- 2 years of payroll experience and a strong technical background
- Strong customer service, passion to deliver exceptional service
- Strong technical capacity, comfortable with diverse proprietary payroll software (PEO, ASO, or SaaS background a plus)
- Communication proficiency; solid verbal and written skills
- Exceptional time management skills
